Hollywood, 1939. Gone With the Wind is a bestselling novel and producer David O. Selznick has just fired his director and screenwriter. His answer is to lock himself, director Victor Fleming and script doctor Ben Hecht in an office to write a new script within a week, with only bananas and peanuts to eat. The trouble is that Hecht has never read the book, so the other two have to act out every scene for him.

Ron Hutchinson's comedy is based on a true story, and is directed here by Jenny Lloyd Lyons. Real bananas are used on stage.

Evening performances at 7:30pm, with a matinee at 2:30pm on Sunday 8 November. There is no performance on Monday 9 November.
