Damiano Michieletto's searing production of Bizet's Carmen returns, shown on the big screen at Kino-Teatr. Under the heat of the Spanish sun, the fiercely independent Carmen attracts the obsessive Don José, in a story of lust, violence and destructive desire.

Ginger Costa-Jackson sings the title role opposite Russell Thomas as Don José, with Sesto Quatrini conducting. Sung in French with English subtitles, with one interval.
