Dogs celebrate Meads Fayre

Meads Tennis Club will be holding its annual summer fayre this year on 8th August from 10am until 2pm at Meads Tennis Club, Upper Carlyle Road, Meads, Eastbourne BN20 7TH. Proceeds will go to support Raystede, the local animal sanctuary.

Admission is free to the fayre and it will include competitions, games (including tennis), a raffle, a bar and café, a nature artist and more. Four dogs helped by Raystede will be there to meet the public providing it is not too hot and their new owners will tell their stories of rescue and rehoming. Adopting a rescue actually provides a home for two dogs, as it releases space for a new one from the adoption waiting list.
