Eastbourne Rumble returns to The Grove for its fifth outing, and its final gathering of 2026, with five hours devoted to the records that helped invent the modern dancefloor.

Dave Mumbles takes charge of the DJ Special, digging into the great post-war collision of rock 'n' roll, rhythm and blues, rockabilly, doo-wop, jive and 1950s R&B. He is joined by Cat Talk Lee, Shaun Ludkin, Simon Moon and Tiki Stew, each bringing their own selections to a night built around original sounds, played loud enough to dance to on the Grove's sprung wooden floor.

Tickets are £6 in advance or £7 on the door, subject to availability.
