UNO SOLO25 four "A Sense of Curiosity"

Our fourth UNO SOLO exhibition of the year, “A Sense of Curiosity” is a thoughtfully curated exhibition led by UNO regular Linda Lethem, brings together seven artists, and makers, five that are new to the gallery whose work is rooted in the natural world and the quiet wonder it inspires. Together, these exhibitors invite viewers to linger, wonder, and rediscover the quiet awe of curiosity—just as summer softens into autumn’s embrace.

A Sense of Curiosity Exhibitors
Linda Lethem is a painter and printmaker living in rural Sussex pursuing a career as an artist over the last forty years. She mainly takes her inspiration from natural forms and the landscape, exploring colour, light, form and design.
Clare Seabrook Filskow is a self taught relief printmaker living and working in The Ashdown Forest. Clare loves producing landscapes using the reduction lino cut method.

Pagette Jewellery, Artisan Gold and Sterling Silver Jewellery. Uique designs rich in texture and organic form, Pagette draws nspiration from the ocean and Sussex woodlands, creating nature inspired jewellery.

Nicky Bagge's hand built ceramics explore methods of surface decoration, inspired by her love of nature and of old Chinese pottery. She works from her studio in the Ashdown Forest.

Frank Filskow is an architect who has always loved abstract painting. As a wood sculptor he brings his interest in 3-dimensional form and abstract art together to explore themes about nature, geometry and the human form.

Sandy Infield uses paint, dye and ink to explore the patterns of our landscapes. Trained at the Slade and a Boise Scholar, her work has been exhibited at the Mall Gallery, London, and in Asia with the Arts Council.

Roxy Sequeira is a jewellery maker from West Sussex. The inspiration for her whimsical, botanical, and nature inspired jewellery comes from her childhood spent in the forests in South Africa.
