On 21st September, there is a unique opportunity to experience the prodigious instrumental talents of three members of the world renowned musical family, the Kanneh-Masons. Nobody who watched Harry and Megan’s wedding service will forget Sheku Kanneh-Mason’s amazing performance on the cello. On this occasion, he will be joined by his sister, Isata, on the piano and by his brother, Braimah, on the violin playing Beethoven’s Triple Concerto. An opportunity to hear three virtuoso musicians and full orchestra on your doorstep, without the effort or expense of travelling to London.

If that is not enough musical inspiration in one evening, the programme offered by the English Arts Chorale and Orchestra is completed by performances of Elgar’s Pomp & Circumstance March No1 and Giuseppe Verdi’s stunning ‘Requiem’ with choir and soloists. Truly a feast of classical music. What’s more, a start time of 5.00 pm will allow plenty of time to contemplate the brilliance of such a concert while enjoying a leisurely meal afterwards in a local restaurant.

Tickets (ranging from £19 to £42) can be bought from the Congress Theatre’s box office.
