Caccia and Tails are proud to celebrate this years IWD with raising funds for female-led organisation The Launchpad Collective (TLC).  68% of refugee job seekers supported in 2025 were women - many rebuilding their careers and confidence in a new country.

TLC’s work is about more than employment. It’s about access to opportunities, a sense of belonging, and a chance to thrive.
